Raghu D is the founder of Kaiteki Innovations, an assistive technology startup focused on practical accessibility solutions, and The Good Talk Factory, a platform that fosters learning through meaningful conversations and storytelling. With over a decade of experience in counseling, training, and leadership development, he brings a human-centered perspective to innovation and entrepreneurship. As a consultant and speaker, he engages with institutions to promote inclusive thinking, accessible design, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship.

Terran Daily is a highly experienced occupational therapist with over 40 years of practice across the USA and Scotland. She currently offers Developmental Therapy at the Wellness Center in Kanha Shanti Vanam, bringing a holistic and deeply child-centered approach to her work.

At Rising Sun, she joins us as a mentor—supporting our therapists in strengthening clinical thinking, refining intervention approaches, and understanding each child more meaningfully. Her guidance helps us stay rooted in thoughtful, individualized care.

Introducing Sindhu Krishna, educator, founder, and Director of The Little Titans Preschool. With a strong foundation in equitable education, she began her journey as a Teach For India Fellow and later mentored school leaders across 150+ schools through the India School Leadership Institute.

Driven by a vision to create conscious and child-centric learning spaces, she founded The Little Titans Preschool, integrating global early education approaches to support holistic development. Sindhu continues to champion thoughtful, research-driven practices for both children and parents, and we’re glad to have her as a mentor with Rising Sun.

Dr. C. Madhavi brings over 20 years of experience in Pediatrics, along with specialized training in Developmental Neurology (MBBS, DNB Pediatrics, PGDDN).

As a Clinical Mentor at Rising Sun, she guides our team in early identification, accurate diagnosis, and aligning therapy with each child’s developmental needs. Her expertise strengthens our integrated approach, ensuring every child receives thoughtful, well-rounded, and clinically grounded care.

Ms. R. Srilatha is an experienced psychological counsellor, academician, and soft skills trainer with nearly 30 years in education and over a decade in student counselling. She currently serves as Assistant Professor and Head of the Wellness Centre at VBIT, Hyderabad, supporting adolescent mental health, student well-being, and holistic development.

She specializes in areas such as exam stress management, emotional regulation, time management, and behavioural counselling for adolescents. Her work also includes parent counselling and faculty support, fostering a well-rounded environment for growth.

Known for her empathetic and solution-focused approach, she integrates practical strategies with psychological insights to build resilience, confidence, and academic success. She also conducts workshops, training programs, and offers online counselling to reach a wider community.

Dr. Konda Poojitha Reddy is a highly qualified psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent mental health. She holds an MBBS, MD in Psychiatry, and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, with additional training in psychotherapy, behaviour therapy, play therapy, and sexual medicine. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in Psychiatry and works as a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, alongside her independent practice. With experience across clinical, academic, and research settings, she brings a well-rounded and evidence-based approach to care. Her clinical focus includes working with children, adolescents, and families to address emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns. Known for her compassionate, family-centered approach, she integrates therapeutic techniques to support meaningful and long-term outcomes, and remains committed to ethical, empathetic mental health care.
